Job Overview

As a QA Director, IT you will be joining CIBC’s Remote Banking and Shared Services Quality Assurance department managing and governing the delivery of Quality Assurance and Quality Control services in support of RBSS’s Payment Hub and associated Fraud and Card Management systems

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responsible for the recruitment, assignment and people management support for a centralized shared service group that provides :
    • 7 24 monitoring, incident management, change management, for all SIT and UAT code deployments and application configuration changes for RBSS and as they relate
