All you have to do is exercise regularly, eat lots of veggies, not smoke, barely drink, and watch your waistline. You may ask why isn’t everybody doing it?
You just have to try and leave the rest to God. If you have other tips , please share. It doesn’t have to be scientific. A comment on the radio this morning indicates that on the average most people that live above 80 years old drink less, eat less and exercise more. You can see therefore that there is a common denominator .
